Super Moon 2024 Arizona Time. The september 2024 full moon is the harvest moon and the second supermoon of the year. The lunar eclipse will reach its maximum phase, whereby the moon is obscured by earth's darkest shadow, the umbra, at approximately 10:44 p.m.
As the moon orbits the earth it does so in an elliptical manner, moving closer and further away. And the cold moon on december 15 will be the last full moon of 2024.
